God always speaks words of life to our souls, and we can do the same.
"I said to myself, 'Relax, because the Lord takes care of you.'"

Our Father God is always speaking good, soothing, life-giving and healing words to our souls. He always uplifts us and encourages us. Because God has encouraged us, we can encourage ourselves and each other and pass along the grace and life God gives to us. Can you hear God saying words of life to your soul? Can you say to yourself or someone else words of life like these?
"You are a good and beautiful person, perfect just the way you are."
"Your feelings are valid. You have been through a lot and anyone who had been through what you have been through would feel the way you do."
"I am proud of you."
"You can rest and relax because God is carrying you through and He will take care of you."
"You are in a safe place."
"You are normal to feel the way you do. There is nothing wrong with you as a person."
"I believe in you."
"Everything is going to work out for the best. Everything will be alright."
