Welcome to my blog!

Welcome to my little online home...I have been overwhelmed by God's unconditional love and grace and enjoy writing about what God is teaching me... In 2025 I am writing meditations on Revelations of Divine Love by Julian of Norwich (published in 1901 by translator Grace Warrack). God used this book to encourage me so much in my life. If you are not interested in this, feel free to read some of my posts from previous years! Blessings to you and have a great day!

The Trinity is God

"For the Trinity is God: God is the Trinity; the Trinity is our Maker and Keeper, the Trinity is our everlasting love and everlasting joy and bliss, by our Lord Jesus Christ."

Julian of Norwich (Ch. 4)

Our wonderful God is three in one, one God in three persons. Our God is a Trinity of persons in One. The Trinity is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, akin to what we would call a family in our human understanding. Even though God is far beyond our comprehension, a family is a good metaphor or picture of God to help us understand. The Trinity is a union of persons, always pouring forth love to the others, always in perfect harmony, always in peace and joy. The Trinity is our Maker, creating all, and our Keeper, sustaining all. The Trinity is our everlasting love and joy. All the love and joy we could possibly imagine exists for us in the Trinity. For in our creation, we were made to be part of that Triune family, that circle of love and joy, forevermore. That is our destiny. That is what all of history is tended towards. That is what Christ fulfilled in His coming and all His passion and work. That is what it is all about, sharing in the love of the Trinity, the fellowship of that family circle of love, forevermore!

"May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."

2 Corinthians 13:14 (NIV)

A Prayer:  I love thinking of You as my Trinity family!

May the amazing grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the extravagant love of God, and the intimate friendship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you. 2 Co. 13:14
