Grace comes to us when we're at our worst. It comes to us when we don't believe, when we run or turn away, when we go downward rather than upward. For grace is not based on anything we do - we don't have to do anything to deserve it, even believe it.
Grace falls on us, the undeserving. It falls down like rain . It soaks us in love. For that is what grace is. It's love and acceptance that come to us no matter what we've done, no matter where we've gone, no matter what we've become.
Grace comes to us no matter what....
To the praise of His glorious grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved (Eph. 1:6).
